International Baccalaureate – English Language & Literature
2005 – 2007
École Mondiale World School
Hazel completed the International Baccalaureate programme with a rigorous academic profile, taking four Higher Level subjects instead of the standard three: Further Mathematics, English, Psychology, and Theatre, along with Design Technology and French.
The IB curriculum strengthened her analytical thinking, communication skills, global perspective, and appreciation for diverse viewpoints. It also nurtured her early passion for storytelling, literature, and creative expression.
These formative years laid the groundwork for her future academic and professional pursuits
University Of Oxford
For three consecutive years, Hazel attended summer programmes at the University of Oxford, studying Psychology and Economics.
This interdisciplinary exposure deepened her understanding of human behaviour, decision-making, economic systems, and critical analysis.
Her interest in psychology was also shaped by earlier personal experiences, including her transition from an all-girls school to Bombay Scottish School, where exposure to bullying and complex social dynamics made her want to better understand people, behaviour, and human relationships.
Combined with her lifelong love for reading, these experiences shaped her curiosity about how people think, communicate, connect, and respond to the world around them.
These perspectives continue to influence her work across communication, branding, entrepreneurship, consumer engagement, and cognitive creativity.
